Hi all, on February 11, 2017 we hosted a fundraising Tea Party at the Yacht Club, Carlisle Bay, St. Michael. We enjoyed a delicious tea in pleasant and relaxing surroundings, under the patronage of Dame Selma Jackman. Proceeds will go towards our new Scholarship Fund for QC students going on to UWI. The turn-out was excellent. Alumni of all ages attended- the oldest was 91 and the youngest was 26! The entertainment was provided by past and current students of the school including DJ Saga Boy (Julian Pierre), soloist Tracy Currie, the winners of the graduating class modelling competition, and violin solos by two students of the school. Highlight of the afternoon- we ended by singing a verse of the school song. Got to admire the girls who can hit those high notes on the second to last line of the refrain.
